Ellen Graemer

Ellen Graemer (MCIPD) currently serves as the Head of People at Gymshark, leading the People Partnering team to implement the People strategy across various corporate functions in a rapidly growing environment. Prior to this, Ellen held the position of People Partner, offering consultative support to executives and facilitating change management initiatives. Ellen's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Associate in Employment Law at Mills & Reeve, where legal expertise was provided to clients in commercial, education, and health sectors, along with roles as an Employment Associate at DLA Piper and Squire Patton Boggs. Ellen began a legal career as a Trainee Solicitor, also completing a secondment in Paris, and has a strong educational background with degrees in law from the University of Liverpool and further specialization in Strategic People Management.
