Colleen Peterson

Colleen Peterson possesses extensive experience in compensation and total rewards, primarily with H.B. Fuller since March 1998, where roles have included Global Total Rewards Director, Executive Compensation Director, and various management positions within compensation. Prior to H.B. Fuller, Colleen Peterson worked at Cargill as a Compensation Specialist and Human Resources Representative from August 1996 to January 1998. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, obtained between 1994 and 1996, and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota, earned from 1990 to 1994.
