Filip Huylebroeck

Filip Huylebroeck has extensive work experience in the field of HR. Filip started their career at Philips as an HR Advisor and Training Manager from 1987 to 1991. Filip then worked at bp in various HR roles, including Compensation & Benefits Manager and Org Capability & Learning Director. After that, Filip joined Thales as the Director of Talent Management & Professional Development for two years. Filip then worked at IHRconsult as a Director and Consultant before joining H.B. Fuller. At H.B. Fuller, they held various positions such as HR Lead for Acquisition Integration and Change Projects in Europe, EIMEA HR Manager, and Head of HR for the EIMEA region.

Filip Huylebroeck completed their Master of Science in Behavioral Sciences from Ghent University from 1981 to 1986. Filip later pursued Postgraduate Business Management from Vlerick Business School in 1989-1990, specializing in Bedrijfskunde.
