Sharon Situ

Sharon Situ has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sharon is currently working as a Multi-Pack Group Procurement at the Carlsberg Group since October 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at different organizations. At H.B. Fuller, they were a Senior Principal Sourcing Manager starting from July 2018 and had expanded responsibilities to manage the Global Cross-technology Sourcing team and support the company's fast-growing global Business Unit - Engineer Adhesives. Sharon also held the position of Principal Sourcing Manager from January 2016 to June 2018, where they led a global sourcing team and built a big-data model for emergent market intelligence. Sharon Situ's work at H.B. Fuller received several corporate awards for supplier collaboration on customer-centric innovations.

Before joining H.B. Fuller, Sharon Situ was a Senior Procurement Partner at Kellogg Company from June 2012 to March 2013. In this role, they managed the global key raw material procurement team and led the integration of post-divestiture of a $2.7 billion business from Procter & Gamble to Kellogg's Company.

Their early career includes senior roles at Procter & Gamble, where they were a Senior Purchasing Manager from October 2011 to May 2012, responsible for sourcing across all businesses in the EMEA region and owning global sourcing strategies for raw materials. Sharon Situ also worked at Philips as a Section Head Purchasing, Global Mainstream Consumer Electronics from April 2000 to October 2001, and at Rodax International B.V. China Office as a Sales Manager from July 1994 to September 1998, where they were responsible for sourcing from China and sales strategy to EU customers.

Sharon Situ completed their Master's degree in Business Administration from KU Leuven from 1998 to 2000. In 2020, they pursued a specialization of iMBA in Digital Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they completed in 2021. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in Digital Marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and LinkedIn in the years 2020 and 2021.
