Mike Antonczyk

Mike Antonczyk is the Co-Founder and Principal of H2A Partners. Mike has also served as the Managing Director of Profitable Ideas Exchange and a Snowboard Instructor at Big Sky Resort.

Mike Antonczyk has over fifteen years of experience in marketing and business development. Mike has served as an external contractor for Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, Oracle, SAP, and other professional service and B2B firms. In their role as Managing Director of Profitable Ideas Exchange, Mike led marketing and business development teams across a variety of industries and functional practice areas, including technology, operations, oil and gas, high-tech, financial services, and more.

As a snowboard instructor at Big Sky Resort, Mike was responsible for teaching beginner to advanced level snowboarding lessons. Mike is Level 2 AASI certified.

In their current role as Co-Founder and Principal of H2A Partners, Mike is focused on helping clients grow their businesses by providing strategic marketing and business development consulting services.

Mike Antonczyk has a business degree from Montana State University-Bozeman with a focus in finance and economics. Mike also has a degree from The University of Akron.
