Rouaid Al-Taie is a Technical Program Manager at H2FLY since July 2022, focusing on the development of future hydrogen powertrains for aviation and overseeing the integration of liquid hydrogen fuel systems onto CS-23 aircraft. Prior to this role, Rouaid served as a Principal Development Engineer at Diehl Aviation from January 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities included performing static and dynamic calculations for CS-25 aircraft cabin equipment and conducting fluid dynamic and thermal simulations for federally funded research projects. Rouaid began a career at Daimler AG in 2017 as a Development Engineer, specializing in fluid dynamics and thermal simulations for motor vehicle exhaust systems. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Aerospace Engineering, Aerodynamics & Structural Mechanics from the University of Stuttgart, earned in 2016.
