Stan Berman

Stan brings over 30 years of Financial management and Operational experience in Fortune 500 as well as start-up companies, in Life Science and Electronics Manufacturing industries. Most recently he was the CFO at Sofie Biosciences, a maker of molecular imaging systems. He helped raise over $60 million in equity and debt financing, and managed multiple M&A and strategic partnership transactions. He holds an undergraduate degree in chemistry and MBA from USC Marshall School of Business.
