Habematolel Pomo of Upper Lake
Pat Doyle serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Habematolel Permanent Trust since September 2023 and is the President of Newfi Investment Group since August 2022. Previously, Pat was the Managing Partner at Filbert Capital Partners LLC, leading investments in multifamily properties along the Pacific Coast from August 2018 to August 2022. Pat's extensive experience includes roles such as Member of the Board of Directors for STAT MED Urgent Care and Nexion LLC, and President of Weathermark Capital-Delaware River Solar LLC, where significant projects in community solar were developed. Pat held leadership positions at The TCW Group, The Winter Group, and Credit Suisse, focusing on real estate and structured products. Pat earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and also attended Sophia University and the University of Notre Dame.

The Habematolel Pomo of Upper Lake is a federally recognized Indian Nation consisting of 243 tribal members located in Upper Lake, California. It is governed by an Executive Council comprised of seven elected tribal members charged with protecting its unique culture, members’ well-being and sovereign enterprises that enable it to take action for self-determination. Revenues from outside ventures empower it to offer an ever-growing number of critical economic development programs. These programs are imperative to the tribe’s self-sufficiency, prosperity and preserving its traditional Pomo culture.
