Namrata Arland

Namrata Arland is an emerging professional with a focus on human resources and organizational psychology. Currently serving as a Human Resources Intern at Habib Bank AG Zurich since April 2023, Namrata has previously gained valuable experience through internships at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and EY, where exposure to candidate selection processes and cybersecurity provided significant insights into human resource functions and data protection. Namrata's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Work and Organisational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Economics, and English from Mount Carmel College. Additionally, an internship at Richmond Fellowship Society - India enriched Namrata's understanding of networking and professional communication.
