Adrienne Goolsby

Adrienne Goolsby is a seasoned leader in management and organizational strategy, currently serving as Senior Vice President of U.S. and Canada for Habitat for Humanity International since October 2018. As the founder of AEG Consulting and Services, Goolsby specializes in management consulting, change management, and affordable housing strategies. Previously, Goolsby held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority, influencing housing and community revitalization efforts for over 30,000 residents, and served as Executive Vice President at the Chicago Housing Authority, overseeing significant public reform initiatives. Goolsby co-founded Ethcentric Incorporated, an internet-based multicultural marketing firm, and worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company, leading projects across multiple sectors. Goolsby holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and undergraduate degrees in Engineering from Boston University and Chemistry from Spelman College.
