Christina McCarthy

Christina McCarthy, MS, SPC, PMI-ACP, SA, CSM, CSPO, is a seasoned professional in program and project management with extensive experience in leading IT development and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of IT Development Constituent Engagement Systems at Habitat for Humanity International, Christina also founded C. McCarthy Consulting, Inc., which addresses the demand for expert leadership in program and project management. Previous roles include Program Manager at eTeam, Sr. Manager Agile Program Management at Publicis Sapient, and Director of Program Management Office at Ascellus, among others, with a focus on optimizing team structures and enhancing client business value across various sectors. Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from The University of Georgia and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Troy University, complemented by studies at NYU Stern School of Business.
