Edna Izuogu has a diverse work experience. Edna started their career as an Institute Manager at Schneider Institute in May 2018 and worked there until December 2020. Edna then joined Middlechase Property Limited as a Customer Success Specialist from August 2020 to September 2021. Following that, they worked at Journeycall as a Customer Success Representative from November 2021 to November 2022. Edna then joined Habito as a Customer Experience Specialist in December 2022. Currently, they are working at Bright Network as an IEUK Business and Management Intern from June 2023.

Edna Izuogu completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, from 2012 to 2016. Edna then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Applications of Psychology from the University of Hull from 2021 to 2022.

In August 2021, Edna received a certification in Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults from Alison. In April 2023, they obtained a certification in Maximizing Customer Engagement for Business Growth from Alison - Empower Yourself. Additionally, in May 2023, they obtained a certification in Customer Success Management from The Digital Life Academy.
