Anna Sharova has extensive work experience in marketing and communications. Anna began their career as a freelance journalist and photographer for various publishers in 2006. In 2007, they started working as a freelance journalist for ElleGirl Russia and continued in this role until 2011. In 2012, Anna interned at PR positions in both Henrietta Ludgate and MAMM Multimedia Art Museum Moscow. Anna then worked as a consultant on foreign education at WeStudyIn from 2013 to 2014.

In 2014, Anna joined Nestle S.A. as a Digital Marketing Intern, where they optimized social media content, identified trends, and worked on SEO and SEM optimization. Anna later became a Digital (CRM) Specialist for Infant Nutrition, managing the Start Healthy Stay Healthy online learning platform and leading E-commerce activities and brand awareness campaigns. In 2016, they transitioned to become a Digital & Community Marketing Manager for the CPW division, overseeing digital and account management of four core brands and collaborating with advertising agencies, bloggers, and brand ambassadors.

In 2017, Anna became the Head of Marketing at FRANKA EMIKA, where they managed a team and organized events, led social media activities and campaigns, and developed the annual marketing and communications strategy and budget. Anna also oversaw the launch of the Training Academy. Anna worked in this role until 2022.

Currently, Anna is the Head of Marketing at Habyt, where they direct a team of three and is responsible for marketing and PR strategy planning and execution. Anna'sresponsibilities include managing budgets, optimizing lead funnels, and collaborating with multiple departments for new building launches.

Anna Sharova began their education at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) in 2008 and completed their Specialist degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication in 2014. In 2009, they further pursued their education at Washington and Lee University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, with a focus on Photography, in 2013. Anna then attended ESCP Business School from 2013 to 2015, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Marketing and Mass Communication. Prior to their formal education, in 2007, Anna completed a Fashion Business Course at the Istituto Marangoni.
