Emma McGuire Convy

Emma McGuire Convy has a diverse work experience in talent management and organizational development. Emma currently holds the position of Director of Talent Management at Hach. Prior to this, they served as the Global Talent Leader at ChemTreat from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they worked as the Manager of Talent Management at Atlantic Union Bank from 2018 to 2019. Emma also has experience working at The Avon Company as a Manager of Talent Management from 2015 to 2018, and at Crate and Barrel as an Organizational Development Analyst and Talent and Organizational Development Specialist from 2012 to 2015. Emma started their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Human Performance Lab in 2011 and worked as a Server at Campagnola from 2009 to 2012.

Emma McGuire Convy completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Miami University from 2005 to 2009. Emma then pursued a Master of Arts Program in the Social Sciences at the University of Chicago from 2011 to 2012.
