Madhesh Velu

Madhesh Velu is a Citizen Scientist at NASA, actively involved in various space-related projects and challenges, including the NASA International Space Apps Challenge and the Applied Remote Sensing Training Program. As a Galactic Problem Solver in both 2022 and 2023, Madhesh developed educational applications aimed at enhancing students' understanding of astronomy and space technology. Additionally, Madhesh's contributions to the International Astronomical Search Collaboration resulted in multiple asteroid discoveries, and participation in the NASA DART mission focuses on planetary defense strategies. As CEO and Founder of Astroverse Network, Madhesh promotes collaborative research in the scientific community. Educational pursuits include a B.Tech in Computer Science and Business Systems from PSNA College and various certifications in remote sensing, cybersecurity, and planetary science from prestigious institutions.
