Chester Banaszak

Chester Banaszak, EMBA, currently serves as the Head of IT Engineering at HackerOne since October 2023. Prior to this role, Chester was the Director of Information Technology at Salesloft from July 2018 to October 2023, overseeing IT operations and leading two teams focused on optimizing technology infrastructure and implementing IT initiatives. Chester's extensive experience includes positions as IT Manager at Booster Enterprises, where responsibilities included managing IT operations for a large back office, and Broadcast IT Specialist at CNN, focusing on audio and video quality management. Additional roles include Assistant IT Manager at Greenbriar Treatment Center and Network Engineer at Jupiter-2, Inc.
