Mark Ross, MBA, has a diverse background in finance and billing, with experience working in roles such as Senior Billing Analyst at HackerOne, Billing Specialist at Five9, and Accounts Receivable Specialist at OpenTable. Prior to transitioning into the tech industry, Mark worked as a Personal Banker at Chase.
