Krishna Toledo Medrano

Krishna Toledo Medrano has a diverse work experience in the technology and e-commerce industries. In 2021, they began working as a Product Manager of E-commerce for Super Tap Tap, where they had the opportunity to guide the process of creation, planning and development of user-centric software products. Krishna then became the Product Manager of Tiendas Inteligentes, with the main objective of empowering and boosting the business of all neighborhood stores in Latin America. Krishna also held the role of Customer Success Lead, leading the customer service team to solve day-to-day issues. In 2022, they became a Community Organizer in Guatemala for Hackers/Founders, a community interested in supporting Guatemala's early stage startup ecosystem. In 2020, they co-founded Recaudar, a technology partner for non-profit organizations and social causes in Latin America. Krishna was responsible for managing and liquidating the donations obtained on the platform for each organization. In 2018, they worked as a Strategic Consultant for Selfless Capital, advising the operations team in the business relationship with international suppliers for the creation and sale of products in e-commerce platforms. Krishna then held the role of Chief Operating Officer for AMZ Starter Pack, leading a team specialized in the research and creation of physical products for e-commerce platforms. Lastly, they were an Instructor for AMZ Know-How, creating Data and information modules and collaborating for the project creation.

Krishna Toledo Medrano is currently a student at the Universidad Francisco Marroquín, where they are studying Entrepreneurship with a minor in Finance and Impact Entrepreneurship in the School of Economics. In 2020, they completed a minor in Impact Entrepreneurship at the Watson Institute. Additionally, Krishna has obtained several certifications, including a Registered Scrum Master from Scrum Inc. in 2022, a Course in Product Management from Platzi in 2021, a course in Change the Conversation Around Support as a Cost Center from Intercom in 2021, a Professional Course in Scrum from Platzi in 2021, a Course in Social Entrepreneurship from Platzi in 2021, a Course in Fundamentals of Project Management from Platzi in 2020, Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Expert 2019 from Microsoft in 2020, and Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg LP.
