Jean Pierre Zajac

Jean Pierre Zajac has a strong and diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Jean Pierre started their career at HP as an Engineering Manager from 1996 to 1999. Jean Pierre then joined Philips Medical as a Sr Director of Operation, managing global manufacturing and supply chain for the Monitoring Devices Business Unit. From 2001 to 2006, they achieved outstanding results in terms of COGS improvement, on-time delivery, and working capital improvement.

Afterwards, Zajac worked at GE Healthcare, where they held multiple roles. As the Global Executive Sourcing Leader, they managed global sourcing strategies and supply base for GE Life Science, focusing on innovation, cost performance, and reliability. Later, as the General Manager Sourcing EMEA, they developed and managed a complex supply base, transformed the EMEA team, and built a solid team of experts in quality.

After their tenure at GE Healthcare, Zajac took on the role of Executive: Manufacturing Cost Excellence Leader at GE Power, responsible for reducing the manufacturing cost of steam turbines. Jean Pierre collaborated with various sites and the business unit headquarters to drive initiatives and breakthrough ideas.

Prior to their current role at Haemonetics as the Vice President of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Zajac served as the Director of Manufacturing at Stago, where they were responsible for manufacturing operations.
