Marylene Lombardi

Marylene Lombardi currently serves as the Global Head of Sourcing for Direct Materials at Hager Group, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Marylene held the role of Global Head of Procurement for Packaging at The Kraft Heinz Company, where responsibilities included leading global packaging strategies that influenced innovation and sustainability. Prior to that, Marylene was with GSK for a decade, first as Global Category Lead for Glass Packaging and Bioscience Materials, and earlier as Global Category Manager for logistics and primary packaging. Marylene's career also includes roles at Coca-Cola European Partners, AUTAJON, and Magna International, highlighting a strong background in procurement and supply chain management. Academic qualifications include two Master's degrees from Université catholique de Louvain in Management and Economics, and Sociology, supplemented by training in negotiation and soft skills.
