Lana Gentry

Lana Gentry has extensive experience in customer service and human resources, currently serving as a Learning and Development Business Partner Coordinator at Hagerty since October 2014, with prior roles including Training and Development Assistant Manager and Trainer/Human Resources Assistant Manager. Before their tenure at Hagerty, Lana worked as a server and assistant manager at Old Mission Tavern and CityFlats Hotel and CityVu Bistro, as well as a Human Resource Staffing Intern at Gentex Corporation. Lana began their career in hospitality with various roles at Old Mission Tavern and O'Charley's. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Hope College and a study abroad program at the University of Seville.
