Kirsten Carøe

Kirsten Carøe has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Kirsten started their career as a Management Secretary at Haldor Topsoe A/S in 1984. Kirsten then worked as a PA to Manager Scandinavia & Finland at British Airways from 1988 to 1991. After that, they joined Rederiet Knud I. Larsen A/S as a Management Secretary from 1992 to 1996. Following this, Kirsten worked for Chr. Hansen A/S as an HR Coordinator from 1996 to 2015. Kirsten then transitioned to become an HR Consultant at LEO Pharma from 2015 to 2016 and later at Chr. Hansen A/S from 2016 to 2017. Kirsten then worked at Deloitte as an HR Consultant from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are employed as the Principal HR Coordinator at Topsoe since 2019.

Kirsten Carøe obtained a Bachelor's degree in English and German from Aalborg Handelshøjskole from 1982 to 1984. Prior to that, they attended Brønderslev gymnasium from 1979 to 1982. Kirsten also holds additional certifications including OPQ 32 from CEB, now Gartner, obtained in 2006, and Thomas International (DISC) from Thomas International, obtained in 2002.
