Fareeseh Chaudhry

Fareeseh Chaudhry currently serves as the HR Business Lead for the Middle East & Africa at Haleon, where the focus is on strategic partnership with business leadership to enhance people strategy and culture. Prior to this, Fareeseh led the People & Organization function for LIPTON Teas and Infusions across Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey, driving significant organizational growth as part of an independent startup initiative. Fareeseh's extensive experience at Procter & Gamble includes roles such as Director of HR for IMEA Fabric Care and Senior Manager for both R&D HR and PS HR, overseeing major business units and implementing innovative HR strategies. Fareeseh began the professional journey at Procter & Gamble in 2000 as Senior Manager HR in Pakistan, developing expertise in organizational design and talent management throughout a dynamic career. Fareeseh holds an MBA in Finance from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
