Brenna Carlyle Duff has over 10 years of experience in the fashion industry. Brenna Carlyle began their career as a Freelance Designer for Project Alabama in 2010 and then worked as an Associate Designer for Peruvian Connection in the same year. In 2011, they worked as a Designer for Betsey Johnson and then as a Freelance Designer for L Brands in 2012. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as Head of Design for The Arrivals NYC, Lead Designer for Under Armour, and Design Director for Clique Brands. In 2019, they founded and launched a sustainable and ethical resortwear capsule called Objets Vacances. Currently, they are the Head of Product for Halfdays, a womens skiwear startup, and a Design Consultant for Brenna Carlyle Duff LLC. At Halfdays, they have grown business revenue 10x in the second year and leads a product team of 7 full-time direct reports and 3 freelancers.

Brenna Carlyle Duff completed an AAS in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology between 2008 and 2009. Before that, they earned a Bachelor of Design in Fashion Design from Ryerson University between 2005 and 2007.
