Paul Flynn

Paul Flynn has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Paul is currently the Vice President of Development Operations at Halia Therapeutics since November 2020. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2020, they worked as the Senior Director of CMC at Elevar Therapeutics, where they were responsible for leading the CMC department and working on commercial and late-stage assets. From 2015 to 2019, Paul served as the Director of CMC at Tolero Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from 2014 to 2015, where they focused on establishing new business with innovator companies. Paul also held roles at Regis Technologies, where they were a Business Development Manager and Process Development Chemist from 2005 to 2014, and at Sigma Aldrich as a Chemist from 2001 to 2005. Before their career in the pharmaceutical industry, Paul was a Power Generator Equipment Repairer in the US Army from 1988 to 1992.

Paul Flynn attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Chemistry. Paul did not specify a field of study within the Chemistry degree. Additionally, they received two additional certifications in 2017: one in Video Production: Location Lighting from LinkedIn, and another in Sales Prospecting, also from LinkedIn.
