Alexis K. has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles. They started their career at Delphi as a Sr. Sales Account Manager, focusing on current and new business development. They then joined General Motors, where they initially worked as a Business Development Manager, sourcing heating and cooling systems for Lockport Operations. Later, they became the National Advertising Content/Social/CRM Manager, responsible for managing a large annual budget and successfully launching aftersales campaigns.

After their tenure at General Motors, Alexis K. joined Cadillac as the Middle East Retail Experience and Loyalty Manager, overseeing CRM and customer experience strategies in multiple countries. They also served as the Head of Operations for BOOK by Cadillac, leading the expansion of a luxury vehicle subscription service program into new markets.

Most recently, Alexis K. joined Hallmark Cards as the Vice President of the Mahogany Brand, driving the growth of the brand and transforming it into a lifestyle brand through various channels such as media, experiential marketing, and direct-to-consumer platforms.

Alexis K. completed the Kellogg Chief Marketing Officer Program at Kellogg Executive Education in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing from Central Michigan University from 2018 to 2019. Alexis also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Kent State University.
