Jemma Waite has extensive work experience in the IT field. Jemma is currently working as the International IT Director at Hallmark Cards since April 2020. Prior to this role, they had various positions at Hallmark UK & Ireland, including International Delivery Manager - Audit & Compliance, International IT Delivery Manager - Solutions, Applications Support Manager, and Customer Support and Credit Management Business Analyst. In these roles, Jemma was responsible for ensuring compliance with security policies, managing technical projects, overseeing application availability and support, and analyzing and improving processes.
