Jennifer Koonce

Jennifer Koonce is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in shopper marketing and product management at Hallmark Cards since 2011. Currently serving as Shopper Marketing Manager, Koonce leads the development and execution of marketing strategies for Hallmark's Walmart business, leveraging category and shopper insights. Previously, Koonce managed several greeting card lines, including the well-known Shoebox humor card line, and successfully launched the Studio Ink line targeting young consumers. Prior experience includes managing category data analytics for a $950MM greetings business, where Koonce built strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence category decisions. Jennifer Koonce holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Fashion Merchandising from the University of Central Missouri.
