Steve Haas

Steve Haas is the Head of Sales, Marketing & Business Development at HALO Diagnostics. Prior to their current position, Steve was the Manager of Operations & Project Manager MRI Trainee Development, West at Alliance HealthCare Services. In this role, Steve drove strategic planning and revenue generation for an Alliance Healthcare division that provided comprehensive MRI, CT and PET/CT imaging services to hospital systems nationwide. Steve was responsible for 53 distinct service lines (most in the Western division), delivering operational excellence while partnering closely with sales team leads to capitalize on market opportunities. Steve initiated joint ventures and recommended key tactics to executive leadership.

During their time at Alliance HealthCare Services, Steve built a $2.1M annual revenue stream (from $0) after identifying, negotiating, and securing a preferred partnership with an oncology clinic that led to a recurring pipeline of 90 patient referrals per month. Steve also exceeded revenue and profit targets by 120% across all fixed sites, primarily driven by new PET/CT Scanner installations; built new service lines from scratch and achieved 85% utilization in less than 6 months. In addition, Steve increased wallet share in priority accounts (Kaiser and Sutter) driven by the launch of an MRI Training Development Program unique to the western region; increased staffing led to greater client engagement.

Steve Haas has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Biological Sciences from Nevada State College. Steve also has four Professional Certificates from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania in Strategic Management, AI for Business, Financial Modeling, and Healthcare Finance. Additionally, they have taken courses at Columbia Business School, Harvard University, Northwestern University, and the University of California, Berkeley.
