Jo Ruitenberg

Jo Ruitenberg is a partner at Hamilton Locke and has over 18 years of experience in corporate law. Jo has worked extensively with clients in the financial services sector, the construction industry, and the healthcare sector on acquisitions, divestments, trade sales, dual tracks, IPOs, and takeovers strategy.

In recent years, Jo has focused on helping boards navigate the difficult regulatory environment surrounding corporate governance and continuous disclosure obligations for listed companies. Jo has also spent time advising clients on listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Jo is a highly experienced corporate lawyer who is able to provide clients with comprehensive advice and strategic guidance on all aspects of their business.

Jo Ruitenberg completed a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws at Macquarie University.
