Currently, Simon serves as the Managing Director at Lifeline Recruitment and Group Managing Director at HAMILTON MAYDAY, overseeing multiple branches and disciplines. With a strong educational background from Bideford School and the University of Plymouth, Simon has effectively managed operations within the recruitment sector for many years.
