As VP of Customer Experience, Cristina strives to provide the most efficient, seamless, end-to-end customer experience for Hancock clients. She leads eight teams that include our call center, claims processing teams, estimatics, quality assurance, and business analytics. She has unique abilities in systemizing processes to scale, identifying technology to suit strategic objectives. Hailing from Cary, North Carolina, Cristina attended the University of North Carolina Greensboro and has 11 years of proven leadership in the industry. In her free time Vielhaber loves to read books, listen to podcasts, and surround herself with family. She has four kids and they frequently travel to Destin, Florida to enjoy the sand and surf.
