Joel Hungate

Joel Hungate, EMBA, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare and motion analysis technology. Currently serving as Executive Director of Hancock Well-Being and Employer Strategy at Hancock Regional Hospital since September 2020, Joel has spearheaded the launch of a $35M Health and Wellness Campus and oversees the operations of multiple health and wellness centers. Additionally, Joel holds the title of President at Kimball Motion Analytics and Managing Partner at Velis Ventures, focusing on advancing motion analysis technology and venture consulting. Previous roles include Vice President of Orthopedic Programs at DARI Motion, Owner of Hungate Consulting Group, and various positions at Zimmer Biomet and Accenture, demonstrating a strong background in biomedical engineering, sales, and strategic development. Joel is also a member of the Tobias Fellows Advisory Board, supporting leadership excellence at Indiana University. Education includes a Bachelor's of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Purdue University and an Executive MBA focusing on Advanced Corporate Strategy and Entrepreneurship.
