Lauren Steltzer is a Senior Product Designer at medApprise, leading the design of a medical SaaS platform aimed at enhancing patient education. With a robust background in product management and UX/UI design, Lauren has held key roles at companies such as Roundtrip, where notable achievements included launching a self-booking mobile app, and Canary Compliance, where Lauren managed the development of a compliance platform and significantly increased the customer base. As an Advisor for HAND, Lauren contributes to a talent identity registry. Previous experience includes strategic design positions at bswift and Aetna, where contributions led to the creation of user-centric platforms and tools that improved customer engagement and facilitated seamless user experiences. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Swarthmore College.
