Manager, Customer Success at HandyTrain

Enola Cabral is a project manager and customer success manager who has worked in the mobile technology field for over eight years. Enola started their career as a technical consultant for Uel Enterprises, before moving on to work as a founding member and product manager for Prototyze Services. In this role, they were responsible for market research, competitor analysis, defining concept notes, product roadmaps, creating wireframes, mockups and high-fidelity designs.

After three years with Prototyze, Enola left to take up a position as project manager with Synapse Information Services Pvt. Ltd. In this role, they were responsible for managing mobile technology projects from start to finish. Enola oversaw all aspects of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, testing and delivery.

Enola’s most recent role is as manager of customer success at HandyTrain. In this role, they work closely with customers to ensure that they are getting the most out of the HandyTrain platform. Enola also works with the HandyTrain team to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into the product roadmap.

Enola Cabral has a B.Com in Financial Accounting, Auditing and Taxation from S. S. Dempo College of Commerce and Economics. Enola also has an HSSC - Commerce from Don Bosco Higher Secondary School. Enola has also completed a certification from Coursera in Human-Computer Interaction.
