Bryan Hoynak

Bryan Hoynak is a Senior Real Estate Counsel at HASI, with a strong background in corporate business transactions and real estate law. Bryan previously held positions at prominent law firms such as Venable LLP, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, Holland & Knight LLP, and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Bryan also served as a Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia. Bryan holds a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dickinson College.
