Earl Murphy

Earl Murphy has worked in various roles over their career. From 2013 to 2015, they were an Ag Services Operations Manager at ADM. Earl then became an Elevator Superintendent from 2015 to 2018 before transitioning to an Operations Support role from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Readiness Manager, leading global workstreams for manufacturing and managing a team of portfolio managers. In 2021, they joined DOLE Fresh Vegetables as a Project Engineer, responsible for commercial and process improvement projects. In 2022, they were promoted to Operations Manager, overseeing a newly launched salad bowl kit facility. Since 2023, Earl has been working as the Director of Southeast Operations at Häns Kissle.

Earl Murphy earned their Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from Oklahoma State University. Earl attended the university from 2009 to 2013.
