Silje-Marie Wærn van Hoek

Silje-Marie Wærn van Hoek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and engineering. Currently, Silje-Marie serves as the Head of Product Development at Hansa Borg Bryggerier AS since August 2015, following a role as Product Developer. Prior to this, Silje-Marie worked as a Chemical Engineer at Eurofins Environment Testing Norway AS and as a Food Safety Consultant at Anticimex. Experience at DNB Loanadministration involved overseeing loans and accounting-related tasks from June 2010 to August 2014. Silje-Marie also has laboratory experience as a Laboratory Assistant at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences. Educational achievements include a Diploma Master Brewer from the Scandinavian School of Brewing and a Master of Technology in Chemistry and Biotechnology from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences. Currently, Silje-Marie is pursuing further education at NMBU - Norwegian University of Life Sciences through December 2024.
