Currently employed at Hapa Sushi Grill & Sake Bar since October 2021, Josh has previously worked at notable sushi venues such as Iwayama Sushi, Bamboo Sushi, and Wasabi Sushi Bars. In addition to sushi experiences, roles at Safeway, Yard House, Green Gables Country Club, and Westin Hotels & Resorts demonstrate versatility in culinary skills. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
