Pragati Rai

Pragati Rai is a Customer Service Intern at Hapag-Lloyd AG since February 2023, bringing prior experience as an Education Counselor at Saandipani Group of Education from January to December 2021. Educational background includes a High School degree in Humanities from St. Teresa School, further studies in English Language and Literature at St. Joseph College, and a Graduate Certificate in Social Change and Development from the University of Newcastle. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work at Excelsia College, expected to be completed in July 2025.
