Imran Zaidi has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In 2000, they began their career as an Assistant General Manager at Potomac Hospitality Services. From 2005 to 2013, they worked at Micros Systems in various roles, including Implementation Consultant, Senior Implementation Specialist, Product Specialist - Opera Property Management Systems, and Implementation Specialist. During this time, they were responsible for resolving product cases and creating solutions, reviewing Vacation Ownership contracts, and installing, configuring, and training Hotel Property Management System, Opera. In 2013, they joined Marriott International as an Installation Manager - MEA, responsible for conversion coordination and systems training of Opera PMS at The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott Hotels. In 2020, they joined Radisson Hotel Group as an Information Technology Support Specialist, overseeing guest systems for hotels and offering support to the EMMA (TMS) and Opera PMS users. Currently, they are a Manager Platform Services at hapicloud.io.

Imran Zaidi attended Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology from 1997 to 1999. Imran then went on to The George Washington University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
