Taj Dashaun

Taj Dashaun is an Athlete Transition Coach, Author, and Host of the Thrive After Sports Podcast. Taj works with athletes to help them discover their identity and direction post-sport. Taj is also a Career Coach and Client Success Team Lead at Happen To Your Career, an Athlete Transition Coach at Athletes Soul - a non-profit organization supporting athletes transitioning out of sports, and the Director of Student-Athlete Development at Athlete Haven. Additionally, Taj is an Athlete Ambassador at Athletes For CARE, advocating for research, education, and compassion for athletes. Taj has experience in business development, job placement coordination, and technology advising. Taj holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications and Media Relations from Stony Brook University.
