Tiia Tirkkonen

Tiia Tirkkonen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Tiia currently serves as the Head of People Experience at Happeo, where they lead the People team, manages internal communications, and supports organizational change management. In their previous role as an Internal Communications Manager at Happeo, Tiia effectively handled internal communications. Prior to joining Happeo, Tiia worked as a Deployment Success Consultant at Happeo, where they facilitated the implementation of the company's intranet solution for various market-leading companies.

Before their time at Happeo, Tiia worked at Smartly.io as a Product Manager & Team Lead, Business Systems. In this role, they prioritized and facilitated the work of the cross-functional business information systems team, developed roadmaps, and ensured the smooth functioning of CRM, analytics, and data integration tools. Additionally, Tiia worked at Smartly.io as a Sales Solutions Specialist, where they were responsible for identifying customer requirements, implementing solutions, providing training, and ensuring the effectiveness of CRM and marketing automation systems.

Prior to their tenure at Smartly.io, Tiia served as an Advisor at Sofigate Services Oy. In this role, they were part of a team that implemented, developed, and supported IT service management solutions, primarily on the Salesforce platform. Furthermore, Tiia worked at Metso Shared Services Oy as a Salesforce Analyst & Master's Thesis worker, where they participated in CRM projects, provided user support, and contributed to system development.

Tiia's earlier experiences include working as a Documentation Trainee at Sandvik Mining and Construction, where they focused on deploying a new content management system. Tiia also worked as a Logistics Trainee at Cargotec Corporation, where they handled inbound and outbound logistics and resolved warehouse and customer claims.

Tiia Tirkkonen completed their education at Tampere University of Technology from 2009 to 2015, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information and knowledge management. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In February 2016, Tiia became a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder. Later that year, in December 2016, they achieved certification as a Certified IT Management Professional (CIMP) from ICT Standard Forum. In February 2017, Tiia obtained the ITIL Foundation (V3) 2011 certification from APMG International. Most recently, in June 2021, they completed the Happeo Product Specialist certification from Happeo. In addition to these certifications, Tiia also obtained a certification in Introduction to Digital Facilitation from Howspace in December 2021.
