Matthew McCarron, MBA

Matthew McCarron, MBA has worked in various roles since 2011. Matthew started at McMaster-Carr as an Operations Specialist, then moved to Sales Representative, Trainer, and Operations Supervisor. In 2018, they joined Happiest Baby (the maker of SNOO) as Vice President of Operations, Director of Customer Experience, and Customer Care Manager. Matthew has been responsible for the development and success of new hires, streamlining processes and increasing efficiency, and helping customers find the right industrial product at the right time. Matthew has also served as a knowledge resource to others around the company, helping create models to answer critical questions and measure key performance indicators.

Matthew McCarron earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from San Francisco State University in 2010. Matthew then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business in 2018.
