Lauren Presant

Lauren Presant has a diverse work experience across various industries. They are currently the Director of Product Operations at Twill, where they oversee the operations of product delivery. Prior to this role, Lauren served as the Director of Client Delivery at Twill and as a Senior Implementation and Solutions Program Manager.

Lauren also has experience in the education sector, having worked as the Head Coach at Wellesley College. They led and managed the coaching staff and team activities during their tenure.

In their previous roles, Lauren worked at EVERSANA as a Senior Program Manager, Training Operations. They implemented process improvements and streamlined workflows to ensure the timely delivery of large-scale trainings for clients in the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industries. Lauren also provided mentorship to project managers and shared industry knowledge with the team.

Before joining EVERSANA, Lauren held multiple positions at Custom Learning Designs (CLD), a company specializing in developing training materials for healthcare organizations. They served as the Manager of Strategic Projects, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. In these roles, Lauren worked closely with clients to deliver customized training solutions and managed internal teams to mitigate risks.

Lauren's work experience also includes coaching the Varsity Men's Water Polo Team at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and playing as a Professional Women's Water Polo Player at Maranui Water Polo Club.

Prior to their work in the education and sports industry, Lauren gained experience in marketing and research. They worked as a Marketing Associate at TribalVision, where they implemented marketing strategies for small to mid-size companies. Lauren also served as a Consumer Marketing Associate at Cartera Commerce, Inc, specializing in loyalty e-commerce marketing. Additionally, they worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Otago, where they investigated the disparity of cardiovascular device implants in New Zealand and proposed solutions.

Lauren's early career involved an internship as an Infectious Disease Research Intern at UMC Utrecht, where they assisted a team of HIV/AIDS clinical researchers in data collection and analysis using SPSS statistical software.

Lauren Presant earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Biology: Human Health and Disease from Brown University, completing their studies from 2006 to 2010. Lauren has since obtained a Certified Product Manager (CPM) certification from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management in November 2022. In addition, Lauren earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2019 and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2021. Lauren also holds a Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian, which they received in January 2023.
