Leonardo Laricchia

Leonardo Laricchia has a strong background in management control, currently serving in the role of Controllo di gestione at Happiness Brand since January 2017, where responsibilities include preparing periodic reports on key economic aspects of the company and developing reports to support strategic and decision-making activities. Prior to this, from August 2015 to May 2016, Leonardo worked as a Tesista at Lider Pollo C.A., focusing on the design, development, and application of devices, as well as implementing a Lean Manufacturing system to minimize waste and optimize resources. Leonardo completed educational studies at Universidad de Carabobo from 2008 to 2016.
