Happy State Bank began in 1908 in Happy, Texas. While we’ve grown in size, locations, and assets, we like to keep the feel of a small-town bank where everyone knows your name.

Our core values are embedded in everything we do. You’ll notice these in our communications, in the way we serve our customers & communities, and in the attitudes of each of our employees. We have 20 core values that we live by and are proud of, and believe the Golden Rule is key.
