Elina Ontronen

Elina Ontronen has held a variety of roles in a number of companies over the past 18 years. Elina began their career in 2003 as a Salesperson at Rautakesko Oy, followed by a Customer Service role at Hervannan Isännöitsijätoimisto in 2004. In 2010, they were a Customer Service and Counseling role at Taito-Pirkanmaa ry, where they taught craft skills to adults, conducted sales and maintained product display, and designed communal sock, mitten, and hat designs. In 2013, they were a Teacher at Hämeenkyrön kunta, where they substituted for a classroom teacher. In 2012, they were a Teacher at Entrepreneur, where they created and implemented marketing strategies and created and developed coursework. From 2014-2015, they were an HR Coordinator at Spring House Oy, where they were responsible for on-boarding new talent and management, employee development, and allocating resources. In 2020, they were a Business Consultant at Fingertip. In 2021, they began working as a Coach in Psychological Performance and Stress Management at Fleelancer, and in 2022 they are set to become a Human Resources Manager at HappyOrNot.

Elina Ontronen has an extensive education history. Elina completed a Vocational Upper Secondary Qualification in Business and Admistration at Tampere Commercial College from 1999 to 2000. Elina then furthered their studies at Salpaus Adult Education Center, obtaining a Further Qualification in Sales from 2001 to 2002. Elina then pursued a Competence area Product Desing and Manufacture at Pirkanmaas College of Craft and Desing from 1996 to 1998, before completing a Counsler degree at Ikaalinen College of Crafts and Design - IKATA from 2010 to 2012. Finally, Elina obtained a Specialist Qualification in Business Administration, Financing, Accounting and HR Management from TAKK Tampereen Aikuiskoulutuskeskus from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, Elina has obtained several certifications from various institutions, including a Psyykkinen valmentaja from Trainer4You in 2022, a Mind coach from Suomen Mentoritiimi Oy in 2021, an NLP Practitioner from Achology in 2018, a Diploma in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from Achology in 2016, a Life Coaching Practitioner Diploma (Advanced to Expert) from Achology in 2015, a Counseling Practitioner (Advansed) from Achology, and a Diploma in Fundamentals of Skilled Helping and Problem Management from Achology.
