Nichole Thomas-Scott

Nichole Thomas-Scott has a long and varied work experience. Nichole began in 2004 as a Doctor's Liaison at Alma Jones Medical Center. In 2007, they were an Intern/Trainee Manager at Sandals Resorts. In 2008, they were an Assistant Hotel Manager at Hotel Mockingbird Hill and a Human Resources Administrator/Office Manager at Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort Villages and Spa. Her duties at the resort included managing employee relations, benefits, payroll and database management, developing and implementing HR systems, and overseeing departmental budget for HR and Training. In 2013, they became a Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator/Sales Admin. at Client First Settlement Funding. Her duties there included administering and coordinating employee benefit related insurance and wellness activities, researching and resolving benefit issues, preparing and distributing new employee orientation packets, and coordinating and overseeing annual benefits open enrollment processes. In 2018, they became the Human Resources Manager & Corporate Recruiter at HappyOrNot.

Nichole Thomas-Scott has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Hotel Management from the University of the West Indies, which they completed in 2008. From 2004 to 2006, they studied Spanish and French at the University of Havana and University of Cienfuegos. In 2013, they earned their Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resources Management & Training from Ashworth College.
