Rick Stevens has extensive work experience in the field of scientific research and development. Rick currently serves as a Principal Scientist at Harbinger Health since February 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at Genetics Research LLC from March 2017 to December 2020. Before joining Genetics Research LLC, Rick worked as an Associate Principal Scientist at Merck from December 2009 to December 2017. Earlier in their career, they gained valuable experience as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Washington, where they developed surface plasmon resonance assays and protein purification methods for various projects related to small molecule blood detection, environmental toxin detection, and oxidative stress enzymes. Rick's first postdoctoral experience at the University of Washington lasted from November 1997 to August 2005.

Rick Stevens received their Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry and Biophysics from Oregon State University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Afterwards, they pursued further education at the University of Washington, where they completed their Ph.D. in Biochemistry from 1990 to 1997.
